The storage is located at “CITY GATE HOTEL - VILNIUS.” It is inside the hotel to those who got confused like I. Very nice experience. The receptionist took my bag himself and brought it in and out later.

Overall really nice, but the main problem is the wrong coordinates of this place. I spent 10 minutes more just to find out, that the given location doesn’t reflect the reality. Just search “City Gate Hotel” to find the location. The storage is just inside the main building, you have to ask the receptionist and show him your reservation. I would like you to change the location on Google Maps immediately (it’s a common problem and you just ignore it, so people have to read the reviews to get there correctly). 6,99€ for your luggage for a day is not that bad, but it’s better for you to use the Bus Station lockers if you have cash and aren’t pushed by time (lockers on Bus Station work till 21:00 or smth like that). Last but not least, please stop answering your reviews with a pattern AI responds. People trying to contribute and make your location better, but you just ignore everything.

The luggage storage is at the hotel (see my pic for the alley into the hotel). The map pin is misleading. I've applied to move the pin. Quite expensive, can't not pay extra 1.99 eur for protection fee per bag. So regular-sized bag is 6.99 eur in total. Good thing is they charge by day.

Extremely expensive service! 7 euros for 1 trolley (5 euro for trolley + 2 euros some fee) for a few hours (same for 1 day). Totally not worthy. Just go to the train station instead, they have lockers open 24 hours. There, for just 3 euros we left in a locker 2 trolleys and 2 backpacks.
