Everything went good, I brought my backpack and a guy who was working there, scanned my booking QR and took it. I got back in a few hours and received my backpack. Highly recommend this service and location.

The staff is very much absent at this location so you may need to wait a bit before you can pick up or drop-off. Otherwise, the location is quite good (within the hotel) and your luggage is safe.

Lo Storage si trova all’interno di un supermercato.. comodissimo per la spiaggia e per lasciare zaini e borse. Gestori super disponibili, ci hanno anche supportato con il Transfer per l’aeroporto.

The drop off and collect worked superbly.All of the staff we met were friendly and professional. We even stayed at the Cafe and enjoyed some great food before our trip to the airport. Will use this service again.

ニューヨークで驚くべき発見アムトラックのモイニハン駅で保管するつもりでしたが、オンライン掲載価格の2倍になっていました。私は荷物をバッテリーパーク/スタテン島フェリー周辺を引きずり回さずに保管したかったのです。保管場所は、サウスフェリーから歩いて4マイルほどでした。私をアシストしてくれた人はとても親切で、私が探検している間、荷物を預かってくれた！

Amazing find in NYC!! I planned on storing at Amtrak's Moynihan station but they doubled their online posted price. I wanted to store my luggage and not drag it around Battery Park/Staten Island Ferry. The storage location was a short 4 mile walk from South Ferry. The person who assisted me was very friendly and took care of my bags while I explored...and I paid less than I would have with the originally posted Amtrak price!!

Really easy and straightforward process. Booking online was great and I was able to amend my original request easily. The process of checking in and collecting luggage from storage was quick and simple.

とても良い解決策で、従業員もとても親切だった。何の証明もなしにリュックサックを預けるのはちょっと珍しかったが、もちろん保管はリクエスト通りスムーズに行われた。ケルン中央駅のロッカーの前には、またしても大行列ができていた。ありがとう！

Super gute Lösung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Es war etwas ungewohnt, seinen Rucksack ohne irgendeinen Nachweis dort abgegeben zu haben, aber natürlich ist die Aufbewahrung wie gewünscht reibungslos verlaufen. Diese Art der Kofferabgabe müsste erfunden werden, wenn es sie nicht schon gäbe, da in Köln Hbf wieder einmal eine große Warteschlange vor den Schließfächern war - und wahrscheinlich dann sowieso keines mehr frei gewesen wäre. Danke!
