I made a reservation for 9am, but the store was not available and I was unable to leave my luggage. I contacted the operating company through the app andcanceled the reservation, but I received an email promising a refund within 5 business days, but even after 5 business days, I have not received an emailconfirming that the refund has been completed. If the store is not available, there is a risk that the refund will not be made, so I recommend that you do notmake a reservation in advance, but rather make a reservation through the app in front of the store after checking that the store is available.
