We stored our bag there, rather than luggage it around. When you click on the location button on the order confirmation, it is incorrect, it takes you to a different souvenir shop just around the corner. Apart from that small issue, they were friendly and it was easy, maybe a bit too easy if thats possible, bit disconcerting just leaving your bag in a shop, but there were no issues and we were very happy. We needed to extend the time needed for them to store our bag, I emailed the baggage company they got back to me within 10 minutes saying that it would not be an issue, so very pleased. I would recommend.
