Seriously this service is the best innovation in travel since the carry-on bag I am not kidding. We had checked out of our hotel early but still wanted to go shopping and eat lunch near Penn Station, but carrying heavy suitcases through the crowds was impossible.

We were worried about finding a place big enough to hold four large bags and three backpacks before heading to MSG for a concert. This hotel lobby partnered with Radical Storage was huge and the concierge were quick and super professional they handled all our items immediately. They stored my bags behind a secured door which was exactly what I wanted for my expensive equipment. The transparent flat fee is fantastic there are no hidden fees or upcharges for weight or size which I appreciate a lot. This company really understands what travelers need they made a really bad transit mishap into a fun unplanned afternoon.

複雑な手続きかと思ったけど、クリック3回で終わった。角の店のオーナーはとても親切で、すぐにレシートをくれて、笑顔で対応してくれた。数時間荷物を置いて帰りたいなら、この方法がおすすめだ(笑)。
OMG this was so easy, I seriously thought it was gonna be complicated but it was three clicks and done. The corner store owner was super nice he gave us a quick receipt and a smile. If you wanna ditch your bags for a few hours, this is the way to do it lol.
