⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very impressed with this luggage storage service. We needed a last minute place to leave our bags so we could enjoy our final day at the beach, and I booked this location at around 7:30am. The storage point is inside a Tabacchi store near Napoli Centrale, which was perfect for us. We dropped our luggage off just after 8:00am with no issues. They scanned our QR code, took photos of our bags, and stored them away. We returned at around 6:00pm and our luggage was returned to us quickly and efficiently. The only minor point, although it didn’t affect us, was that we were told on arrival the store closes at 7:00pm despite the website showing 8pm. Overall, a great, convenient service with friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this location and service.

Luggage was stored at what I believe is a tobacco store, it was situated near to Central Train station for the day. Booking was easy on the app. Depositing and collecting luggage was easy, we dropped our luggage off at 8am and collected at 6pm all with ease and we had no issues. It didn’t impact on us, but the app said they closed at 8pm but we were informed on arrival that luggage must be collected by 7pm. Would recommend this as an option to store luggage for the day!

Muy bien por el sitio y como nos atendieron. Sin embargo la información sobre la hora de cierre ponía a las 2000 y en realidad fue a las 19,30. Y nos enteramos porque lo preguntamos al dejar las maletas.

Semplicissimo con la prenotazione, molto flessibili con l'orario e vicinissimo alla stazione centrale. Top

The storage was fine, but there’s nobody there to scan your barcode, you just put your stuff in a locker and take the key, and when we returned, it was after hours and the outside door was locked with no way to get in. Luckily somebody came out and let us in. There’s also no signage so it was confusing.
