My first location was closed, after getting in contact with Radical Storage i received a new location 5 minutes away. Everything ended well in less than 10 minutes.

great experience, I was greeted at the door to make the process smoother. Nice to see a secure location for the bags. I felt very happy to leave our bags there for the day.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Aya was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Not only was our luggage stored safely but we also got some incredible tips for Kyoto and the local area, as well as a very pleasant conversation. We would definitely store our luggage here again!

Easy to book and straightforward! Wasn't far to go to store our luggage and saved us carrying it round with us for the day. We would definitely recommend.

夜間に荷物を預けたが、通常は00時以降は預かってもらえないので、全く問題はなかった。

We left the luggage at night and there was no problem at all since they normally dont take it After 00 so it was a great experience for us

知らない場所・知らない人に荷物を預けるのは不安だった。リスクを背負っているような気がしたが、店のオーナーはとても親切で、荷物をきちんと預かってくれた。荷物を預けるのも引き取るのも早かったです。ありがとうございました。

I wasn’t really sure about dropping my luggage to an unknown place/person. It felt like I was taking a risk, but the store owner was very friendly and he took good care of our luggages. It was fast to drop and take back the luggages. Thank you very much, I highly recommend.

The storage is in inside a 99¢ store. Very convenient, ab 7 min walk to Penn Station. I paid up-front, received an email. The barcode provided in the email needed to be shown at drop off and pick up. Legit and trustworthy.
