サイトで荷物預かりを予約したら、近くの荷物預かりを選んでくれました。予約も行き方も驚くほど簡単で、場所に着くとスタッフがとても親切で、QRコードをスキャンして荷物を預かってくれました！ただ、斧を投げるお店だとは思っていませんでしたが、とても親切でフレンドリーでした！ ????。

We booked for luggage storage on the site and it chose a nearby luggage storage for us, incredibly easy to book and get to and once we got to our location the staff were so friendly and scanned our QR codes to keep our luggage for us! Just wasn’t expecting it to be an Axe throwing shop but they were extremely helpful and friendly! ????

うまくいったよ。ただ、台風の影響で電車が遅れたため、荷物の受け取りに間に合うかどうか不安だったので、メールを送ろうとしたのですが、自動返信しか来ませんでした。荷物を取りに行くと、バーの客たちが座っているテーブルの横のテーブルの下にあった。私は自分の私物がテーブルの下で公衆の面前にさらされていることにショックを受けた。誰もが見ることができ、開けることも、物を取り出すこともできたのだ。鍵をかけて、人目につかないようにすべきです。新しいビジネスで成功したいなら、安全なトランクルームを探した方がいい。よろしくお願いします。

It worked out fine. However, I tried to email you because I wasn't sure if I can make it in time to pick my luggage up, due to the typhoon delay of my train and only received an automatic response. When I picked my luggage up, I found it in the bar with guests under a table beside tables where these bar guests were sitting. I was shocked to find my private belongings openly exposed to the public under a table. Everyone could see it and could have opened it and even taken things out. It should be locked and secured from the public. If you want to be successful in your new business then better look for a safe storage room. Kind regards Claudia
