Not impressed. I booked for my luggage to be stored at St. Nicholas cathedral in Bari. Paid and booking was accepted. However when we arrived at the location we were told we were at the wrong place and they redirected us to another storage facility a ten minute walk to get there but took ages to actually find it as it was situated within a bicycle touring shop. There were no signs outside saying this was the luggage storage facility. They took us along the lane to the room which was not locked
