It runs smoothly. The app to purchase a locker online really helps to make the process easier. Room for improvement: staff can be more friendly, and the Radical Storage sign could be bigger so it's easier to spot, as it's one building with a phone store.

The radical partner (Mundo Móvil at Collblanc) was a quite good experience. The sellers of the shop were helpful and kind! Our only problem was that they did not have closable lockers, so they kept our bagguages on the floor. To be honest this is not a major issue, but storing our belongings like that instead of this would be much more secure.
