Overall experience was adequate, however there was a lack of signage to indicate we had arrived at the right location and the staff we not very friendly on arrival. The location is a cafe and despite not being very busy we were left waiting 15 mins to check in our bags which when you only have a few hours to enjoy a city that time matters. Thier response to us only changed when we decided to spend money in the cafe (primary so we could sit after having to wait) before that it was like we were an inconvenience. Although it eventually met our needs I wouldn't choose this location again.
