Obwohl es bei der Abholung des Gepäcks einige Probleme gab (die App funktionierte nicht) und der Mitarbeiter kein Englisch sprach, verstand er schließlich, dass ich bereits online bezahlt hatte und war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Geschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe der Metrolinie, die direkt zum Flughafen fährt, was ein großes Plus ist.
Although there were some issues when picking up the luggage (the app wasn’t working) and the staff member didn’t speak English, he eventually understood that I had already paid online and was very helpful and friendly. The location is inside a shop conveniently located very close to the metro line that goes directly to the airport, which is a big plus.
