It is not clear at all that the lockers I was looking for was not named Radical Storage, but another partner company. I had to call the help number. The person on the phone was very helpful and gave me a bigger locker to fit my suitcase. Also, when I picked up my luggage, I figured out that I still had more than one day left ! Your booking system is not clear at all as concerns the actual duration one pays for. Yet, the system is convenient.

I had a hard time finding the place. There was no Radical storage logo. Also, I found out on the spot that I could pay a significantly lower price for my luggage.

Great place for storage, its convenient if you need a lot of space to keep your belongings for the day. Clean and safe space , with security and call assistance on place. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, I just wished I hadn’t pre-booked since the price on spot was 50% less.
