Very easy to book and close to the station and the town, don’t was very helpful to leave my luggage there before I checked in. One thing j would suggest is to change the “sender” on the email confirmation so it says “radical luggage support” rather than “radical support”, and also in the subject line, because with a lot of emails on my inbox the email was hard to find when I arrived at the hotel. Other than that it was great and the staff were nice.

Travelling with a massive photography tripod case, I always dread finding storage—it’s always oversized, awkward, and incredibly expensive at traditional left-luggage desks. The chosen location was a charming bookshop just down the road from Waverley Station, and the staff were incredibly professional, logging the bags digitally and storing them securely out of sight.
